Have you been craving a British fashion fix lately? IF the answer is yes, check out punk-chic Brit label All Saints‘ recently opened its doors in Soho!

I first unearthed the British label while perusing the West London streets of Kensington. On my way to Portobello Market (a shmorgishborg of vintagegoodies ) I became sidetracked by a fantastic window display of Singer sewing machines. Intrigued, my friend and I stared (and took pictures) in front of the wall of Singer’s until we noticed that there was a clothing store behind! We had some time before Portobello Market closed so we decided to go in. Now what I am about to tell you is not an issuance of writer’s flair or ripe over-dramatization because this really truly happened: as we walked into the dimly lit, plank- floored and ram skull-accented boutique brim-full of edgy, goth-litke fashions, my friend and I clasped hands and asked each other if we were in heaven!

We spent over an hour and a half in All Saints that day trying on Victorian lace-up boots and studded leather biker jackets. And while we were wrapped up in the tender 100% cotton arms of over-sized cardigans, we missed the Portobello Market; but all to the avail of discovering All Saints, and that was certainly worth it.

You might be thinking, perhaps, this is all a bit overboard but I assure you All Saints lives up to the hype. With racks of hour glass dresses, deconstructed skirts and distressed jeans in hues of in black, grey, and beige, the brand is for the fashion-loving consumer. And with prices in the $150-$600 range, you can be the happy owner of several All Saints creations.
Head down to the 512 Broadway store between Spring and Broome and experience the slice of fashion heaven for yourself.
