"Best 2K I Ever Spent!" How To Survive In The Wild

We're all so used to partying in dimly lit clubs that it's easy to forget there's a wide, wonderful world out there until the next music festival rolls around. Perhaps a refresher course on the great outdoors is in order.

Assemble a crew of faithful friends to adventure with you. As long as a couple of them are slower runners than you, the bears will eat them first.

Bring your sunglasses and swimsuit! Or at least part of your swimsuit. Every little bit helps.

Pack sunscreen.

Practice vogueing. Mother Nature loves it when people vogue.

When night falls, don't take off your sunglasses. Looking cool trumps vision. Stars schmars.

Be aware that many others may be trying out their survival skills as well.

Any trace of civilization, however ramshackle, can aid you in your endeavors.

Wear bright colors. You will look cute. And animals won't eat you because they will think you are poisonous.

Relax. Have fun!

But don't forget to practice wrestling. When the Hill People come to eat you, you will need to know how to rassle them.

When you're hopelessly lost and out of supplies, there's no shame in sitting on the barren earth and waiting for death to come.

Marc Jacobs' Resort Party 2010

Go HERE for more photos by Blaine Wins and tag yourself and your friends!

Last Friday guests gathered to celebrate the completion of Marc Jacobs Resort 2010 collection at the The Wooly. Though the theme of the evening was resort wear, guests instead came dressed to the nines with face tattoos, handstamps, and over the top makeup.

If ink wasn't your style, people tangled up in party streamers of raffle tickets. A sea of wide-brimmed glasses could be seen in this back roomed lounge. Fans with scenes of mariachi bands and tango dancers were a popular choice to keep cool amongst the guests.

For those few who wanted more of an alcohol fix, a certain few carried around their own personal bottle on the dance floor, pausing only to take a swig. For those who weren't into the rocking tunes playing (courtesy of the Nightmares), cozy couches and nooks were a great place to huddle up and socialize amongst each other.

The room was filled with brightly colored cocktails, and towards the end of the night party goers were able to sample delicious new drinks by Mark of Whisk and Ladle ( A supper club remotely reminiscent of Yale's elite Skull & Bones society). Like Skull & Bones' exclusive get-away island located in Upstate New York on the St. Lawrence, this party was the ultimate oasis for the Marc Jacobs party goers right here in Manhattan!

The GofG Pop-Up Party At Darkroom

Go HERE for more photos and tag yourself and your friends!

We channeled our dark side at the Darkroom on the lower east side last night. With the feel of a high school basement party, this venue was a perfect spot for our Pop-Up Party. The red lights made for a blurry, but fun night for everyone.
