Dear NYC Inhabitants- While we're seeing beautiful weather in NYC today, it was just a few days ago that snow was still on the ground. New Yorkers of all ages took advantage of the free materials to build snowmen (as well as snow dinosaurs, snowships and even snow rats) all over the city and we even saw a bit of a battle going on between the Chinatown Snowman and the Washington Heights Snowman. In the end, it looks like one neighborhood's Frosty reigned victorious just due to his massive size. It looks like more flakes are on the way so we might see even more new snow sculptures pop up this weekend!
