Responsibilities include:
- Sending and receiving samples
- Logging in and out sample loans
- Organizing samples closet
- Log in new merchandise and take photos
- Scanning credits in newspapers and magazines
- Researching credits online and using Paint program to create clean presentation of each credit
- Updating editorial coverage books
- Helping with Credit Requests from magazines
- Helping with weekly and monthly reports, presentations
- Updating editorial contacts database
- Creating editorial library
- Helping where needed with events
