Marc Jacobs seems to have gotten jungle fever this season. The versatile designer sent fierce animal inspired prints down the runway alongside bold disco era frocks at the Louis Vuitton Spring 2011 show. A white satin pantsuit was adorned with a giraffe print, while loose jumpers and tops bared their zebra stripes. After fall’s demure 50s maidens, Jacobs seemed to have been in a 70s state of mind. His short beaded dresses were reminiscent of Studio 54 attire, while sleek accessories had a modish aesthetic. Overall it was one stylish safari with looks fit for jungles of both the natural and concrete sort.
I love fashion, and staying up-to-date with the fashion world. This is where I express my style.
