MY NY: Rachel Roy's Six Secret Spots
Rachel Roy is one busy woman! Not only does the stunning Manhattan-based designer run two clothing lines, her namesake Rachel Roy New York and the more price-friendly Rachel by Rachel Roy, she is also the mother of two beautiful girls that definitely keep her on her toes. We caught up with Roy as she wrapped up a tremendously successful New York Fashion Week, debuting her latest collection last Tuesday and celebrating her collaboration with supermodel Jessica Stam during New York's Fashion Night Out. Check out this multi-tasker's favorite Manhattan spots in order to find inspiration, shop, dine, and recharge.

2. MOMA: 'Art to me is my source of escapism and inspiration. My brother curates the film department and I constantly get sneak peeks of what they are working on. It's a treat!'

4. Manhattan Waterfront Greenway: 'You can find me every weekend making use of the West Side highway bike path!'

6. Strand Bookstore: 'I love the top floor of The Strand where all the rare, 1st edition books are kept. I would love to build a spot in my home where I could collect vintage books.'
