Boots! Ankle boots, booties, mid boots, knee high boots, engineer boots, peep toe, studded, harness… And so on. It’s getting to that cold time of year that I can’t stop thinking about boots! As if I don’t have enough there’s always another pair of boots that I want. Sure they all LOOK a little similar, but they’re not. I have ones with a hidden wedge, heeled, and flats! Different material and fits. Definitely not done with my boot collection and I will probably buy a few more this fall/winter.
The first pair of boots that got me hooked were The Winnie by 80%20 - they have a hidden wedge and were worn nearly every day and now the soles are worn to death. My favorite ones (right now) are by Steve Madden and have a half inch-slight wedge. Boots I have wanted but never purchased are red or a navy blue, and black knee highs! Worried that they might be thigh highs on me though. The ones I’m looking for now are worn black engineer boots.
Anyone have suggestions?
Am I ridiculous? Have you phased boots out of your wardrobe or are you still on the boot kick like me?
