Organic Cranberry Facial Cleansing FoamPrice: $18.00 at 100percentpure.com Firstly, I have fallen in love with "100percentpure.com" and i recommend all of it’s products. They are all completely against animal cruelty, organic–with no synthetic chemicals- that smell delicious and are surprisingly in-expensive. The product that I thought was extremely helpful was the "Organic Cranberry Facial Cleansing Foam" It's 100% vegan, and is gluten free. It works to cleanse away make-up and excess oils from the skin without dehydrating it. Plus, cranberries contain vitamins that wash away dullness within the skin. It works on all skin types and is a wonderful $18.00. 2. Sephora Sun Safety KitPrice: $25.00 at sephora.com As we all may know, the sun has a large affect on skin, therefore it is extremely important to keep it protected. Sephora have put together a "Sun Safety Kit" It is made up of fourteen different products, from moisturizer to lip balm. Plus, all the of the money made from this product will be donated to the skin cancer foundation. AND, all of the products inside add to $95. Sephora are selling the "sun safety kit" for $25. How many more reasons do you need to buy this amazing product?! |

A few days without sleep, and it will fall apart. You cannot stop yourself from falling asleep…do you remember reading about people falling asleep at the wheel or at work, and thinking you could never do that? It's much too easy to not get enough sleep these days. Make it a priority, as lack of sleep damages your immune system, which makes you more prone to illness. 2. Natural Doesn't Mean HarmlessPhoto Credit: robin_2711 Johanna Mifsud photography Herbs and flowers are credited with so many different benefits that it's easy to self-medicate almost any problem by just choosing the relevant herb. It's important to remember that if someone is strong enough to cure, it's strong enough to hurt. Strong versions of St Johns Wort and other medication should only be taken after consulting your doctor! 3. Check Your PulsePhoto Credit: Églantine Whether you do it while getting ready in the morning, in traffic jams or after exercising, take a few minutes each day to check your pulse. Feel for anything abnormal, such as an irregularity. Often people feel this before they suffer from strokes, so if you can spot your pulse changing, you can get yourself checked out before anything too bad happens! |

Objects to try include a fork, your keys, a cup, a small toy, a coin, a shoe, etc. Let your child match the object to the item you traced. Then, give your child a clean sheet of paper and let her trace the objects, and color them. For an older child, they might want to try drawing the objects by looking at your traced shape. 2. Make a chartPhoto Credit: hasunohana2003 A child who routinely goes to head start of pre-school may find it confusing when school is out for the summer. To help them keep a routine going, help them make a morning, and night board. Glue pictures of children playing, reading, eating, bathing, brushing their teeth, and other activities. Help your child glue them onto the board in order of what they do during the day. Turn it over and do the same on the back to demonstrate a night routine. This will give your child something to do until school starts back. 3. Alphabet Chalk FunPhoto Credit: adwriter Use sidewalk chalk and write the alphabet and numbers in all over your driveway of sidewalk. Call out a letter or number. Your child has to race the letter before you can count to 10. |
Posted: 22 Jun 2010 07:07 AM PDT #1The most important rule – SWITCH OFF WHEN APPROPRIATE. That means in cinemas, theatres, funerals, exams … Yes, I have heard of it happening in exams, and the culprit had their results discounted. So be considerate – and sensible.#2Always remember that your cellphone is not an extension of your house phone, and that your conversation can be overheard. People do not want to hear you talking loudly about intimate issues – or anything for that matter. I'm constantly amused – and astonished – at how people act as though they were in a bubble and seem to think that their voice doesn't carry beyond it.#3If you're with friends, only take calls if they're important. Wouldn't you complain if you were being served in a shop, and the assistant left you waiting while they answered a call? You're with your friends, so don't ignore them. Tell the caller you'll ring back later. |

Know the scoreHow much of your final grade is riding on this one exam? Usually, even if you don't do well on one exam, you can still do well in the class, so don't worry too much about this one exam.3. Be preparedWill you need a Scantron sheet? A pencil? Erasers? A calculator? Will you be able to use a textbook or your notes? Make sure you have everything you will need to take the exam. |

But it can also mean you're pregnant.2. Your breasts are tenderOne of the first signs that you might be pregnant is for your breasts to be tender. Some women feel tender or sore before their periods, but others also have soreness when they're pregnant.3. You feel nauseousOh my goodness, morning sickness is the worst! If you wake up feeling sick, and have to throw up, you might be pregnant. Of course, you might also just have a stomach bug! For me, though, my morning sickness was all-day sickness… I was sick all day long. |

I didn't breast feed, I bottle fed with formula, so I started exercising as soon as I was recovered. What you need to do is concentrate on eating healthy and come up with some good exercise plans. Photo Credit: FL4Y 9. Allow your body to go back to “normal” first. When your body has recovered and your period has started to go back to normal, start following that weight loss plan you came up with.8. You can get back to your normal weight in over half a year.If you gained no more than 22 to 30 pounds, then you may be able to return back to normal weight after eight months. This may sound slow, but those eight months will go fast before you know it.Photo Credit: Robert S. Donovan |

It puts us in our comfort zone, talking about things we have a knowledge in… did you know it works the other way, too? Listening to him and asking relevant questions not only shows you are interested in him too, it shows you are intelligent and can hold a conversation. So whether you quiz him on his dream job or his favourite food, get asking!2. Play It CoolAwkward moments can be date killers, but it all depends on how you play them. A friend of mine once arranged to go on a first date at an ice rink that had been put in the town centre for one week only. Her balance was never very good, but she was determined to look good, so she bought some ice skating gear and certainly looked the part when he showed up until she fell over and broke her arm. Awkward? Never. She stood up laughing, and despite being in pain, admitted she'd never been much good at ice skating and hated the cold. She got married last year… |

Thirty years later, man leaves woman for younger woman. Has baby by younger woman. Leaves her before baby is 6 months old. This from someone who claims to be a traditionalist Catholic.2. What movie of Rachel do you love? 2. She is gorgeous.Oh man, that smile! And eyes! And her cheekbones! I think she is one of those actresses who can truly command the camera; when you see her on screen, you will not be able to take your eyes off her. 3. She has worked really hard to reach her dreams.Rachel took up figure skating when she was only 4. When she was 12, she caught the acting bug. She acted during her student years. She even has a BFA degree in Theater. She was a good student and graduated with honors. 4. She looks healthy. This is the part where I admire Rachel’s healthy body. I don’t know what her exercise regimen is (she is a vegetarian) but I sure appreciate the fact that she does not look stick thin. I actually like her arms. |
