Today we might be more health-conscious, but we still need our food to taste good, too! Why not add some tasty new meals into the rotation? Here are some of my favorites…

1. Veggie Pizza

Great and easy way to eat your veggies. Add, peppers, onions, tomatoes, small sliced carrots, broccoli, mushrooms…

2. Chicken Pot Pie

Here's another easy way for sneaky vegetables to make their way into our food. Carrots, peas, corn, green beans… yum!

3. Spinach Quesadillas

Cook ½ small onion in oil, add 10 oz. of frozen spinach, cook for 3 or 4 minutes, transfer to bowl and add 6 oz. cheese. Spoon into soft tortilla, fold, and warm in skillet until cheese melts. So delicious… and there’s spinach in there!

Ah, summer is in the air. It's time for the relaxing breeze, the lovely smell of the ocean in the air and the lovely summer styles is in town. I looked at some pretty summer shirts and girl, there are some beautiful ones! Below, I am going to give you 8 must have shirts for the summer that I came across…

8. Max Azria Silk Ruffle Top

For those of you that do not mind wearing white shirts, you are going to love wearing this one. You can wear it for evening or outing wear. It's a silk top and you know how comfortable those can be. So, what do you think about it? I like the ruffles!

7. RM by Roland Mouret Attis Carré Top

This is a halter top with drape detail that many love. It is both chic and versatile. You can wear is as a top or switch it to a skirt. For real? It has a halter top band that can go around the waist to change the look. Now, that really is a shirt that can be used for different things!

6. Rick Owens Asymmetric Drape Top

I really like this shirt. It is sheer white cotton and will be comfortable throughout the summer. To balance the detail, slip it on with some slimline pants. You could combine it with a white maxi skirt to get that wedding look.

If you have kids, then you know they need something different to care for their hair than we do. They don’t need special shmpoo for color-treated or dry hair, they need something to get out peanut butter, be tear-free, and help with bed-head! Not sure what to try? Here’s my list of the eight best hair-care products for kids!

1. Suave for Kids 3-in-1 Shampoo, Conditioner, & Bodywash, Wacky Melon

Price: $4.99 at drugstore.com
It’s shampoo, it’s conditioner, it’s body-wash, it’s watermelon-scented, and it has monkeys on the bottle! What more could a busy mom ask for? Oh, right — it’s also opthamologist tested so it’s gentle on the eyes. Use this for head-to-toe cleansing and conditioning… and a little bit really goes a long, long way!

2. Suave for Kids Free and Gentle 2-in-1 Conditioning Shampoo

Price: $3.29 at drugstore.com
If your little girl or boy has sensitive skin, then this product was made just for them! It’s formulated to be extra gentle, tear-free, and without heavy dyes and perfumes. It also saves mom time, since it’s shampoo and conditioner in one!

3. Suave for Kids Detangling Spray, Awesome Apple

Price: $3.29 at drugstore.com
This is a winter-time staple at our house. We use it on wet hair (after tubby-time) to help get out the stubborn tangles, and on dry hair (in the morning) to get rid of static! My daughter loves the apple scent, and I love that it helps control static!

When my oldest daughter was little, I had to endure Barney, that annoying, relentlessly cheerful, somewhat creppy purple dinosaur. Now, with my younger daughter, I actually get to enjoy the children’s shows she watches! If you have a little one, turn off Barney and try these instead! This is my list of the ten best kid’s shows…

1. Charlie and Lola

This is hands-down my daughter’s, and my, favorite kid’s show. It features Charlie and his litle sister Lola, who hates tomatoes, loves pink milk, and has an imaginary friend, Soren Norenson. Every episode has a learning lesson, but it’s always sweet, never preachy. Visit the siblings at charlieandlola.com.

2. Team Umizoomi

Most children’s shows only teach math once in a while, but with this new show, math is the entire focus of the show, and it’s fantastic! My daughter loves the combination of live-action children and the tin animated characters… she also enjoys the puzzles they have to solve, and she doesn’t even realize she’s learning!

3. Sesame Street/Elmo's World

This was my favorite show when I was little, and it amazes me that it’s still going strong, all these years later. The characters are still lively, sweet, and fresh, and what child doesn’t love that fuzzy red monster, Elmo?

Floral prints are everywhere right now, and the more flowery your outfit, the better!  It can be easy to look overdressed in them, though, as the print can be very overpowering. It's definitely a look I want to master, so I've been looking for the top seven heavy petal looks that won’t make you look overdressed…

1. Voller Corset

Price: $384 at asos.com
Corsets can be hard to wear, but can look AMAZING! This Voller corset has a gorgeous heavy petal print, which looks stunning as lingerie or teamed with black jeans or a skirt and a black blazer. Don't forget your killer heels, too!

2. Minkpink Cross Back Floral Dress

Price: $102 at asos.com
This cute print mini is stunning and the print is just right!. The black background is the bit to focus on,so team it with black shoes and black accessories. Then some delicate silver jewellery and natural make up will ensure you look stylish and sexy rather than overdressed!

3. Rebecca Taylor Floral Print Tie Front Blouse

Price: $364 at asos.com
Floral shirts look amazing on some people but they tend to be very busy, with a small and colourful print which can overpower the rest of the outfit. To ensure this doesn't happen, team gorgeous shirts like this one with denim or plain trousers, black heels and neutral make up. Avoid using the main colour of the shirt, which will make the print even more powerful. This shirt is the perfect effortless heavy petal outfit!

If you're a new parent, you're probably getting all kinds of unsolicited advice from everyone you know, including your own parents, friends, and even from total strangers. Now it's my turn to give a piece of advice: keep Cheerios on hand. Take them with you everywhere. In fact, here's a list you might find handy… the eight things (including those life-saving Cheerios) to keep in your diaper bag!

1. Diapers

Price: $16.99 at target.com
Naturally, you ought to keep at least three diapers in your diaper bag, along with a plastic bag to help dispose of dirty or wet diapers once you make a change. Make sure you replace the diapers in your bag as your child changes sizes, to make sure you have diapers that will actually fit, too.

2. Wipes

Price: $12.69 at target.com
It's also important to keep a container of baby wipes in your diaper bag. They're great for cleaning up at diaper changes, but they're also perfect for cleaning up your baby's hands and face… or even mommy's or daddy's hands and faces!
P.S: They also work great as makeup removers!

3. Water

Price: $6.76 at amazon.com
Your diaper bag could also use a bottle of water, again, for cleaning up, but also for diluting juices and for drinking if baby, mommy, or daddy get thirsty. Make sure that once the bottle is open, you replace it with a new bottle.

1. Cocktail Rings

The bigger, the better. And yes, wearing them all at the same time is imperative. Take cues from Becs of Style with Benefits.

2. Nautical Bikini Bandeau

Scroll to the third photo to see what I’m talking about (or the top image here). I poked around Forever 21 to see if they already sell the bikini top. It seems that we might still wait for some time to be  able to buy this.

3. Denim Short Shorts

Here is a cheap find courtesy of Erika. I am definitely going for the Forever 21 pair because they cost only $24.80. The color is better, too!

4. Black Dress

I am referring to the black piece with a crocheted neckline. Very sweet and demure on the front but when you turn around, the dress gets its flirt on.

5. Beaded Lace Top

I am drooling over this lace top, I have to be honest with you. The detailing and the color and the lace! Very decadently Roaring Twenties, yes?
