EDITION LAMMERHUBER was presented with the Printissimo Award on 4 May 2010, in the Art category, for The DARWINS PALAST book, which was produced as the opulent catalogue to accompany the Darwins rEvolution exhibition at the Naturhistorischen Museum (natural history museum), Vienna. He also captured liquids for a GEORGIA soft drink production for Coca Cola. The liquid motifs ooze fresh coolness and invite the viewer to take a sip. The agency was M.E.C.H. McCann Erickson. Show complete article Portraits of the Forgotten : Bonni Benrubi Gallery, New York presents Jehad Nga's 'Turkana' Several unique tribes live in Kenya and far too many of them spend their lives in drought, forgotten by the government. Just like the Turkana : who live in a region where little if any aid is distributed. Jehad Nga visited these ‘forgotten’ people and realised portraits of the locals in a purpose-built, darkened off hut, so that the viewer is confronted with the individuals and is not distracted by the dire surroundings. Chris Ratcliffe is a founding member of the Garudio Studiage creative collective, established in 2003, London. They add value to an everyday object that can often be found littering the city’s streets and encourage the viewer to think about the consumption and disposal of everyday goods. A limited number of blue plastic bags will be slipped in between the piles that are kept behind corner shop counters, ready to surprise a lucky customer.
