1. A Wonderful Mother

Here Danni shares with us the lessons she learned from her Mom. What a lovely, lovely post!

2. An Inspiring Athlete

College Candy interviews the ever-awesome Jayne Appel. I love what she said about not having any regrets about college. What a wonderful attitude!

3. A Confident Woman

Jessica Simpson has reportedly finally grown into her body. She looks great, I tell you. She may need help in the styling department but I admire her confidence and cheerful attitude.

4. An Advocate

Annie Lennox wore an HIV Positive shirt to American Idol to raise awareness about the disease. She does not have HIV, she just wants people to be more aware and do what they can do to those who do.

5. A Stylista

Meet Natasha. She is a fashion blogger. She is chic and HOT. And she has shoes I wish I can have in my closet.

I love the nautical trend. Nothing makes me feel more Summery than sailor stripes, badges and wedges, and the trend is huge this season! From clothes to home decor, everything is nautical inspired, and I can't wait to channel this trend into my wardrobe, and my home. I've been searching for the hottest pieces to buy, and here are my top 7 fabulous nautical pieces…

1. Vera Moda Nautical Cardigan

Price: $33 at asos.com
This cardigan is perfect for adding a nautical edge to an existing outfit, and looks especially amazing over black skinny jeans and a cami. It looks great open and is warm enough to be worth wearing without being far too hot for Summer… I've dressed mine up with a glitzy anchor brooch and some high heels, it looks great!

2. Oasis Nautical Jersey Scarf

Price: $27 at asos.com
I love this jersey scarf. It feels gorgeous, it's just nautical enough to meet the trend but won't overpower your outfit and it adds an instantly chic feel to any day. Whatever you are wearing, this scarf needs to be involved. Don't need a scarf? Try it as a belt instead. Sorted!

3. Motel Nautical 2 in 1 Stripe Dress

Price: $76 at asos.com
This dress is perfect. The skirt has a great retro feel with the row of buttons, and the bright red top is a great contrast… all it needs is some great heels and sexily messed up hair and you'll be right on trend. The nautical trend sorted, with just one purchase? Effortless.

Recent research has shown that women aged between 18 – 29 know much more about sexual techniques and health then men of the same age, due to all of the literature aimed at women. I've decided to even things up a bit, and have spent all week researching the top seven sex tips women wish men knew… and here they are!

1. Set the Mood…

Crawling into bed cold and smelling of smoke and beer after a night out just doesn't cut it… Set the mood! Make sure you are looking and smelling your best, and that the bedroom is clean and tidy. It might not make a difference to you, but if you make an effort, we'll be impressed!

2. Talk

Tell your lady when she looks cute, and when you want a kiss. Ask her how her day went, and notice when she has her hair cut or is wearing a new bra. The small things make a difference, and its much cheaper than buying us a present everytime you want to get in our good books!

3. Take Your Time

Don't rush to the main attraction… spend some time just kissing, or being together, unless you have a time restriction. Tension really does heighten the pleasure, and we'll feel much more appreciated if you spend time on us!

In this day and age, everyone is looking for ways to lose weight. I have even done my research on ways to lose weight. During the research, I found 7 ways to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. I admit, losing 10 pounds in 10 days does not sound like it can be done. Also, it's not good to lose too much weight in little time. However, for those of you who need to quickly lose weight for a pool party, beach party, wedding etc, this is for you.

7. Cut down on those useless calories

If you don’t need it, don’t eat/drink it. I’m talking about sodas, pastries, white bread, alcohol, fried food and candies. If you really want to lose weight in a little amount of time, then it would be a good idea for you to cut down on those excessive calories. Use a calorie counter to better help you decide what foods and drinks to skip.

6. Eat smaller meals, more often

This will help boost your metabolism which in turn will help you lose weight faster. It will also turn the food into energy instead of turning it into fat. This is going to help you to feel energized during the day and will curb your hunger.

5. Drink water every day

It is important that you drink eight to ten glasses of water every day. If you find that you “forget” to drink water at work or school, carry a big bottle of water with you and make sure you finish it before coming home. Also remember, many times when you think you’re hungry, all your body actually needs is some water. The best part is, water can help you lose weight and it has zero calories!

At most weddings brides are at center of attention in their beautiful wedding gowns and though they easily hold that spotlight they tend to share it with their groom and bridal party.
