Three Fashion Pulse Daily readers took the challenge of testing out, photographing, and reporting back on their experience with the new Revlon Perfect Pedicure Toe Nails. Thanks so much to Vanessa S., Ashley C., and Clare P.! Here’s their photos and what they thought:
I was curious to try fake toenails because I thought it would be great for sandal season. Since I have small toenails, it took a while for me to find the right sizes, but I was happy with the way the nails fit. The glue in the kit is a lot stronger than other nail glues I have tried, and even after being warned about the glue, I spent most of the application time prying my fingers off my toes. However, I really liked the finished look and was pleased to have cute toes to show off. The downside was that nails started popping off after one day, so I had to keep replacing nails for the week I wore them. I would recommend the Perfect Pedicure kit for a special occasion.

For a girl who only had her first manicure last week after finally deciding to stop biting my nails, a pedicure was the next logical step. So when Julia contacted me asking if I’d like to try out one of her Revlon Perfect Pedicure Kits I, of course, said yes. When the little package arrived I was rather wary after hearing the glue was VERY strong but went along with it anyway. They were not lying, the glue is extremely strong, so much so that I don’t even feel like I’m wearing fake nails which I suppose is a very good thing. They come in a range of sizes which is great for my petite toes, but alas, they didn’t make small enough ones for my smallest toe so it had to stay un-pedicured. Overall, the effect is very nice and does make me feel rather fancy though they are a little long for my liking.

There is one word to describe the Revlon Pedicure….Excellent!! After I separated and matched up the pedicure to my own nails, it took about ten minutes to apply. I purposefully took a long, hot bath a couple of hours after applying and they did not budge. I worked out on the treadmill for thirty minutes, three days in a row, without any problems, in terms of them popping off or experiencing any discomfort. To take my test one step further, I even walked around in the mall for approximately three hours…Still, no problems.

After eight days of wearing the nails, I highly recommend them and give the Revlon Pedicure a “Thumbs Up”!!. I find them to be very natural looking, as well as economical!!
